We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain Chirpin; (b) display live game scores and stats to your team and followers; (c) personalize your experience; (d) communicate with you about your account or important updates; (e) improve our services; and (f) comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) other members of your team or league (name, profile photo, player stats, and game data); (b) the public for live game scores you choose to share; (c) service providers who help us operate the platform; and (d) law enforcement when required by law.

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data. To request deletion of all your data, email support@chirpinhockey.com with the subject line “Delete My Data” and we will process your request within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Chirpin accounts are intended for users aged 13 and older. Player profiles for minors are managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized team manager. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how you use Chirpin. We may use analytics tools that collect anonymized data about usage patterns to help us improve the platform.
