Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Chirpin platform ("Platform"), including our mobile app and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Chirpin is a hockey community platform that enables live game scoring, team management, stat tracking, scheduling, and communication for players, coaches, families, and fans. The Platform may include free and paid features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform, including game data, team information, photos, and comments. By using the Platform, you grant Chirpin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service — for example, showing live scores publicly or sharing stats with your team.
5. Game Data and Stats
Game scores, stats, and related data entered into Chirpin may be visible to other users, including opposing teams and the public, depending on your team's sharing settings. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation; (e) impersonate another person or team; or (f) manipulate game data or stats in bad faith.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support at help@chirpinhockey.com.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chirpin does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Game data and stats are entered by users and Chirpin is not responsible for their accuracy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chirpin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.
